Dorsch is also believed to be studying the 150 km. stretch between Tobruk and the Egyptian border near El Sallomi.<\/p>\n<p>Russian Railways (RZD) is currently building the 551 km. Benghaze &#8211; Surt line, while China Railway Construction Company (CRCC) has the contract for the 352 km. Surt &#8211; Al Khums stretch.<\/p>\n<p>Demonstration runs are now taking place on a completed 5 km. section of the Tripoli &#8211; Ras Adjir line, which is being built by CRCC.
